We aim to operate with honesty, fairness, and care in every order we fulfil.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders placed through our shop are automatically sent to our trusted UK-based production partner, Inkthreadable, where they are added to the production queue.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
  • In some cases, orders may be completed sooner depending on production capacity.
  • Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Location

We currently only accept and deliver orders within the United Kingdom, as we do not yet have the required documentation in place for international shipping.

Delays & Stock Availability

Occasionally, delays may occur if the garment selected for your order is temporarily out of stock at the supplier.

If this happens:

  • Production may be delayed by a few days while stock is replenished.
  • In rare cases, if the delay is expected to be significant, the order may be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds (Production Issues)

If your order is cancelled due to stock issues or production delays:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.
  • You will receive a full refund, processed promptly via your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where possible

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in print or embroidery placement

We encourage customers to check sizing information carefully before ordering.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are sent directly into production:

  • Changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short time after placing your order.
  • Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
