Sizing & Fit

How do I know if it will fit?
Check the size charts provided on each product page.

For best results:

  • Measure a garment you already own

  • Compare it to the chart

  • Pay special attention to sleeve length on sweatshirts


Embroidery & Design

Why do you use embroidery instead of print?
Embroidery lasts significantly longer than print.

  • It won’t peel or crack

  • It maintains its appearance over time

  • It gives a more refined, durable finish


How big are the designs?
All embroidery fits within a 10 cm (4 inch) circle.

Mock-ups may appear larger or smaller, but the actual size remains consistent.


Why might colours look different in real life?
Colours can vary due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Device differences

We test designs with real samples to maintain consistency.


Orders & Delivery

How does the order process work?

  • Your order is produced in the UK

  • Embroidery typically takes around 7 working days

  • Items are shipped directly to you

Delivery time depends on location and shipping method.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size or preference.


What if there is a problem with my order?
If your item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14–30 days

  • Provide clear photos

  • Include your order number

We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes—before production begins.

After production starts, cancellations are not possible.


How are refunds handled?
Refunds are only issued for quality issues.

Processing times:

  • PayPal: within 24 hours

  • Cards: 7–10 business days

Who produces the garments?
Orders are fulfilled by a UK-based production partner specialising in embroidery. We have worked with Inkthreadable for years.


Why don’t you offer standard returns?
Each item is made to order.

Returned items cannot be resold, so refunds are limited to genuine quality issues.
